It is with very heavy hearts we announce the unexpected passing of our long-time instructor Judi Belanger. She has been a core part of the Accredited family since 1996 and impacted the lives of many students throughout her 40+ years of teaching. We at Accredited Real Estate Schools, Inc. are a family-run business founded in May of 1995 in Fair Oaks, California. We have a small staff with high employee retention as we strive for a great workplace environment.

What We Service
We provide the DRE-approved educational requirements to obtain a California Real Estate License, renew a license, and a variety of exam preparation options for the state exam! We produce and publish our own exam preparation material and continuing education courses because we take pride in providing the best and most up-to-date information. We also offer the required courses to obtain a real estate license per the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) as all of our courses are fully approved by the DRE. Plus, even though we are situated in the Sacramento area, we have been providing exam preparation, educational licensing requirements, and continuing education throughout California since 1995 as we provide the knowledge of fundamental concepts that are necessary to pass the state exam and keep a license!

The Job
The position of Sales Associate is an all-encompassing position as it requires handling sales, customer service, administrative and clerical tasks, and occasional cleaning.
• Selling courses and educational material to prospective students
• Customer service of current students (phone, email, and in-person)
• Administrative and clerical tasks (e.g., data input, filing, etc.)
• Occasional cleaning and tidying of office

Requirements
• At least 18 years of age
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
• Computer literate (e.g., Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, internet browsers, etc.)
• Knowledgeable with multi-line phones
• Comfortable working by yourself
• Self-starter
• Enjoys speaking with customers
• Able to handle occasional heavy lifting of approximately 40 pounds or more (e.g., textbook cases, packages, etc.)

Compensation
• 35 Hours a Week
• Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm
• $14/hour (potential for increase upon performance)
• No benefits
• We provide the ability for you to obtain your real estate license at no cost (except license and fingerprinting fees) - $400 value
