State Capital
Check in 9am, event at 10am

Walk with fellow Cougars to bring light to the topic of su***de.

Cost: The walk is completely free to join.

Fundraising Goal: Every participant is encouraged to set a personal donation goal.

Team Goal: As a collective team, the goal is to raise $500.

How to Fundraise: Once you sign up, Mrs. Dello Russo will send you a personal fundraising link to share on social media or via email.

Guests: Non-DC family and friends are welcome to join the team, but they must fill out the sign-up form too.

Team Shirts: Please note that only DC students and staff will receive a team t-shirt.

More Info: The walk is about 2 miles and non-competitive near the State Capital.

The program includes an opening ceremony, activities of hope and healing, resource tables, and complimentary honor beads for every participant.

Homecoming is fast approaching. Homecoming week starts on Monday September 14th and ends with September 19th. Success of halls is dependent on the help of students and families to help create an amazing hall with the donation of your time or searching high and low around the house for items that can help your students class create a hallway experience.

Del Campo does not have the space to store tons of cardboard, wood and such. Please bring those materials on DAY ONE. Small things can be dropped off at office, please put the class year on it so we know which class it goes to.

If you have never done HOCO HALLS at Del Campo it is hard to describe. Each class transforms their hallway into an immersive experience. This year’s themes are:

Freshmen Inside Out
Sophomore The Incredibles
Juniors Monsters, Inc.
Seniors Toy Story 1-3

Here are the supplies that will make your class successful.

General Construction of Hall and Props: Wood, PVC pipe, Chicken Wire, Spray Foam and lots of cardboard---these needs will be discussed on Parent Info Night

STUDENTS WILL RUN THROUGH THE WHOLE HALL WITH THEIR SPECIFIC NEEDS AND IDEAS. WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU THERE.

Halls construction: M-W 4pm-9:30pm
Halls Staging: Th- 5am-8:30am
Halls Viewing: Th- Approximately 8:45am
Community members are welcome to come. Judges will be the first to enter any hallway and will start at freshmen hall.
Rally- Friday
Football Game/ Senior Royalty – Friday, JV-5pm V-7pm/ Senior Royalty at halftime

Pictures are in, and Picture Make Up day is set for September 2nd!

If your student would like to retake picture their picture you must click on the link when you view your student's photo online. Or email [email protected]. Students that were not photographed on Friday the 14th of August will get a pass to take their picture on the make-up date.

Haven't seen your photos? Your pictures are posted online to access your child's private gallery. You can easily access your pictures by clicking on the direct link that was sent to your email/text.

Fall Picture Day is Friday, August 14th, 2026.

VIEWING/ORDERING WILL TAKE PLACE AFTER PICTURE DAY:
-Parents will receive a link via email and text once images are available online.
-There will be a 72-hour window of free shipping starting once the images are available online.
-Please note, should you need to pay with cash or check your student will need to pick up a picture package form from the VP office to give to the photographer along with the cash/check on picture day August 14th.
