In life, we often find ourselves stuck in the middle. We don't quite love our current habits, but we aren't ready to leave them behind either.

​When it comes to your voice, staying in the middle is the most expensive place to be.

​Every time you stay silent in a meeting, every time you let a "filler word" weaken your point, and every time you shy away from a leadership opportunity, you are making a choice. You are choosing to keep what is comfortable rather than reaching for what is possible.
​This Thursday, we are challenging that comfort zone. Our theme is: Love it or Leave it
