Summer Kindergarten Prep Class!!

Boost your incoming Kindergartener's confidence and skills with a fun and engaging class this August 🙂

Students were given the challenge to help Little Red Riding Hood by designing and building a zip line device to carry a picnic basket to grandma’s house. Using critical thinking and the engineering design cycle, the mini engineers went to work and did not disappoint!

It's slime time!! We had so much fun learning about chemical reactions and then make some slime :)

Check out our Roller Coaster Challenge!! 🎢 Working in pairs, students were challenged to design and build a highly entertaining ride for our 'theme park'. After watching some videos of roller coasters, we discussed similarities in different rides and what makes them fun. Using what they learned, the mini engineers began to plan and share their ideas and then start bringing them to life ✨

Students worked independently to plan and build a boat that can help the gingerbread cookie cross the river

Check out this week's marble roller coaster challenge! 🎢

The kids loved designing and building a roller coaster from foam pool noodles. They were encouraged to include twists, turns, hills and loops. The goal was to create an exciting “ride” (for the marble) while getting it safely to the ground.
