From prototypes & stamping operations to the business behind the business — finance, contracts, supply & demand, and strategy — our students got a front-row seat to the real world of industry. 💼⚙️

They heard the inspiring story of building a company from the ground up, explored future internship & apprenticeship opportunities, and left with new energy for what’s possible.

A huge thank you to CEO Marcus Stackpoole, QMS Manager Kevin Stackpoole, and the entire Synergy team for opening your doors and minds to our students. 🙌

🔥 What an INCREDIBLE start to our Professional Selling Challenge!

In just 45 minutes, our DECA members raised $6,878 💰—and in less than 24 hours, that total has already surpassed $9,000! 🚀

We’re beyond proud of our members for bringing energy, teamwork, and communication skills into action. Yesterday’s kickoff was filled with calls, collaboration, and celebration—and it’s only the beginning.

This challenge isn’t just about fundraising. It’s about gaining real-world experience in cold calling, professional selling, and extemporaneous speaking—skills our students will carry with them for life. And it’s about ensuring that every student has the chance to compete in DECA through our Scholarship Initiative.

👏 Thank you to our members for showing up big. Let’s keep the momentum rolling through October 15—the challenge has just begun!
