Spooky fun!!

Happy Saturday!

We stopped by to visit Frank the friendly candy monster yesterday, but unfortunately, he's very hungry! Frank lives in the LTEC office and will be there through most of October ready to "eat" bags of candy donations for this year's Trunk-or-Treat! If you're able, please send in bags of candy to make this year's festivities the best yet.🎃🕸️👻🍭

We're also looking for volunteers to help out with this year's Trunk-or-Treat or host your own trunk! It's going to be a great time for the kids and the community! 🧙🧟🧛

Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

All four of the co-founders of the STEAM Initiative are active in LTEC's Lackawanna Trail PTO. Working closely with the school has shown so many amazing people that show up for our kids and our community. Today we want to take a moment to recognize Cindy Decker Decker! No, that's not a typo, she was born Cindy Decker and married a Decker!

If you don't know her by name, I'm sure you've seen her work because she's at every event she can be snapping pictures and gathering memories for our community!

Although this page won't allow us to tag her, please join us in giving her a round of applause for everything she does out of the kindness of her heart- that doesn't put pennies in her wallet, just joy in her soul!

Thank You Cindy!!! 📷🥰🌟🎉

Ready for a weekend challenge? 🙋‍♀️

Collect a NEW $70 donation on MyBooster.com by Monday and your student earns a Double Decker Frisbee! 😮

Help us reach our goal of $20,000 for school events, equipment, and classroom improvements. If we get there, we will bring an Ice Cream Truck to school on 9/25! 🎉

Here’s how to help:

- Sign up at MyBooster.com

- Share your student’s page

- Give a donation

We’ve already raised $12,367. Every donation gets us closer!

Our goal is within reach and we are closer to unlocking our Great Wolf Lodge reward: WATERPARK DAY PASSES FOR ALL! Make sure you’re registered on mybooster.com to get your digital day pass. This weekend is the perfect opportunity for families to participate. You have to be registered to receive your pass. Don’t forget! Students can also earn wolf ears just for receiving their first donation.

Our big Lackawanna Trail Elementary Center's Fun Run is coming up on 09/25/2026. We can’t wait to celebrate! 🎉

Thank you for your support!
