Insight PA Cyber Charter School's page is a limited public forum, where the public may comment publicly on the school's posts, subject to certain guidelines. The school has the right to hide or delete comments or posts which:
● Are profane, vulgar, and/or obscene.
● Are harassing, bullying, and/or discriminatory.
● Threaten violence of any kind.
● Promote, suggest, or encourage illegal activity or violence.
● Contain confidential information that violates the privacy of Insight PA employees, students, and/or their families.
● Contain false or libelous statements.
● Portray Insight PA employees, students, and/or their families in a defamatory or abusive way.
● Are clearly off-topic and/or present misinformation.
● Violate copyright and fair use laws.
● Contain unsolicited advertisements or links to other websites, or are spamming in nature.
● Advocate specific political views and/or agendas. Comments will not be deleted simply because they are critical of Insight PA, or because they promote an unpopular opinion, if the post otherwise complies with the above guidelines. An exception to the advocacy restriction is content that promotes charter schools and public school choice.
