A huge THANK YOU to the Onley Skimmers Swim Team for giving Broadwater Academy the opportunity to run the concession stand during last night's meet! 💚💛

As a school, our faculty and staff are deeply rooted here on the Eastern Shore, and we love seeing familiar faces, making new connections, and being a part of this incredible community. Opportunities like this remind us just how special our Shore truly is.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the concession stand and to the volunteers who helped make the evening a success. We are grateful for partnerships like these and cannot wait to support even more Eastern Shore organizations in the future.

Broadwater is excited to offer a new virtual book club for parents and children ages 9–12!
This July, families are invited to participate in a four-week virtual book club centered around the popular book, The Amazing Generation — a thoughtful and engaging resource focused on helping children develop healthy digital citizenship skills.
✨ What is it?
Each week, participating families will receive:
✔️ Guided discussion prompts
✔️ Family activities
✔️ Support for meaningful conversations about technology and social media
✔️ Optional weekly virtual meet-ups
✔️ A final Zoom discussion to wrap up the experience together
📱 Why join?
This program is designed to help families explore healthy technology habits and prevent middle schoolers’ lives from being “hijacked” by smartphones, screens, and social media. The book is written specifically for middle school-aged students, while also offering valuable insights for parents.
