Just in time for the fall semester, the TCNJ Bookstore has a new home in the heart of campus, inside the R. Barbara Gitenstein Library.

The bookstore officially opened August 10 after relocating from its longtime Campus Town location. The move puts textbooks, course materials, TCNJ merch, supplies, and more in a convenient spot that’s already part of daily campus life.

“We want to be a central hub for the students,” said Kim Zaun, store manager of the TCNJ Bookstore. “We want them to feel comfortable coming in, and to be excited to buy their gear.”

Don Hart, a beloved member of TCNJ’s community throughout nearly two decades of his wife President Emerita R. Barbara Gitenstein’s transformative leadership, died on Saturday, August 15, in New York City after a long illness. He was 84.
