Hellooooooo! Boy, that's very echo-y in here. :-)
Just an update to keep this page consistent with my other professional pages. After incredibly enlightening work with a coach, I have realized that my life's work no longer involves being self-employed. What my Whole Life Healing Arts practice showed me was that in order for me feel whole in my life, I needed to be working with a larger population of people. This allows me to express my life's purpose of living on my growth edge and inspiring others to do the same. I thrive in environments where I get to be with others that get a thrill out of their work and love nothing more than to be connected with others that feel the same.
One of the aspects that made my professional life in Austin so fulfilling was my role with outside organizations and businesses helping them to expand their network and their professional development. Moving to the mountains has provided a quieter lifestyle, which allowed me to gain much perspective and make huge strides in personal development.
After working solo in a coaching and healing arts practice, I can feel my heart pulling me back into the more mainstream professional world where I can interact with a larger number of bad-assers on a daily basis. Now that I have reached this space in life, I feel like I am missing out on something really great and cannot ignore the call to find the right fit.
For those that know me well, know that I feel with my whole heart and grab Life wholly in the holiest of senses.
Here's to the next turn in this journey. I cannot wait to meet you along the way.
Endless Love to you,
Susan

Inspiring and uplifting! That's the experience I enjoyed recently as I collaborated with some very loving and wise colleagues to speak in a FREE Tele-Summit - “CREATING AN UPWARD SPIRAL: How to Find Clarity and Certainty, and Remember the Powerful Truth of Who You Are.” The collection of guest expert interviews, along with the mini-workshops by the creator and host of the event, offers you an expansive array of conversations that I believe you will find uplifting and inspiring, as well as empowering. I invite you to register today and enjoy this pre-recorded event at your convenience – while it’s available. It’s all free - the gift bags, interviews, and mini-workshops. You can learn more about it at the website – and that’s also where you register: http://CreatingAnUpwardSpiral.com/

Starting Monday, September 12th, I'm setting up shop 2 days a week in beautiful downtown Evergreen, CO. This is a very exciting time as I finally feel like I have my new path not only laid out, but fully paved. Thank you to all of the people I had the privilege of working with in my former life as an organizer. You all helped lay the foundation to my new Life's work.
Love to All Y'all!

I once read that Grace is learned in the lion's mouth. This morning I am marinating in the Joy that Grace from family, friends, and Love from my spiritual support team have to offer.
Isn't it funny that when we are the midst of what might seems to be something so awful that it is really a gateway to a higher truth, deeper wisdom, and a calling for our Life's purpose?
Today I get to practice extending Grace to another who has done nothing that inspires me to do it other than when I hold her in my anger and resentment it poisons me and the world around me.
These earth-shaking moments are my birthplace to Peace and Healing. My Love goes out to each one of you that is in the midst these moments.

Just because we might feel bad doesn't mean that something about our circumstances is amiss. It can be an indication that how we choose to look at the situation is inaccurate.
As I was marinading in sadness about change and beginning to wonder if my intuition was off it hit me. It isn't that the change is wrong, it is the meaning I was assigning my sadness about the change that was wrong.
Shift happens. When it does there will be feelings/ideas/beliefs that must change. All too often, the shift stinks. It doesn't mean that the shift is bad. It just means that what served us before no longer nourishes us in that form. The old needs to break down so that the new can surface. The stink could be just the right amount of fertilizer needed to make something beautiful blossom.
Happy fertilizing!

Intellectually knowing what to do will not get you to the inspired action you need to create YOUR desired outcome. You must FEEL what having what you want would do for you.
Feeling motivated to get something done will only carry you so far and usually ends with feeling dis-empowered and rebellious (this is why resolutions have been tossed aside by now). Feeling inspired by the feeling of what something will bring will carry you farther and faster to the place you are looking to reach.
Wishing You a Life Full of Love,

"Fully enter time’s swift current, enter into the current moment with the weight of all your attention, you slow the torrent with the weight of being all here." ~ Ann Voskamp
Each moment we can start anew. We don't have to wait for the calendar to change or for Monday to roll around. Start now, over and over if you need to.

I must express my extreme appreciation for everyone who helps keep things running during the holidays to help us all experience the Life that many of our ancestors only could have imagined.
In our house we celebrate Christmas. However, may the holiday you celebrate during this time of year be rich in appreciation and overflowing with the good stuff.
Wishing You a Life Full of Love,

There are several paradigms I use in working with clients that are enormously helpful for them and for me as well. The one I will talk about today is:
We are all winning at the game we are playing.
Reactions to this paradigm range. When I first learned it I was miffed. But as I opened myself to receiving the message I realized that I had a tolerance level to happiness. It's obvious where my tolerance for pain or discomfort lie, but happiness? That one threw me for a loop.
For me, I realized that when I reached a certain income level or a certain level of happiness in my marriage or my life in general I would find ways to either view my circumstances as less desirable or even find ways to stop it altogether.
When we want to create the lasting change that we desperately desire we have to look at what beliefs and behaviors are keeping us from it and change the game we wish to win.
Here's to your game changing day.
Wishing a Life Full of Love,
Susan
