Her mom requested a simple resting pose in her favorite hide. She's home safely 💜

Such a tiny soul, so much charm 🕷️🌼

We’re honored to work with the naturally deceased jumpers from , and this little one absolutely stole our hearts. Preserved here holding the sweetest little flower - a perfect reminder of how delicate and beautiful these creatures are, even after life.

We feel so lucky to help give these babies a second life as tiny works of art. 💜

This is a preserved adult Giant Dead Leaf Mantis (Deroplatys desiccata). It was preserved for a breeder to display at their table so customers can see what this species looks like once fully grown.

Native to Southeast Asia, this mantis is famous for its incredible camouflage—its body shape, color, and even the way it moves mimic a dry leaf. In the wild, that disguise helps it hide from predators and ambush prey like flies and crickets.

Using preserved adults like this gives buyers a realistic preview of what their nymphs will grow into, and just how dramatic that transformation can be.
