We kicked off our first FAA tech cohort earlier this year with language, code, games, and a lot of imagination.

In this first class, students explored how technology can support Indigenous language learning, cultural connection, and community-led digital tools. We looked at app-building, language resources, classroom tools, and creative ways to make learning more interactive.

This is just the beginning.

Over the next few posts, we’ll share some of the student app ideas and learning projects that came out of this cohort.

Our goal is not just to teach coding. It is to help grow the next generation of Indigenous technologists, designers, builders, and digital stewards.
