Traditional Usui, Karuna TM and/or Earthwise Reiki sessions are available in person and long distance. If you are in Reiki training, I enjoy mentoring students in Usui Levels 1 &2 and Master/Teacher. ❄️ Winter Solstice Prayer 🙏🏼
Blessed Spirit of Light,
As we stand on the threshold of the longest night,
We honor the stillness, the quiet, & the mystery of the dark.
We release all that no longer serves us,
Shedding the burdens of the past like leaves in winter,
& prepare our hearts for the light’s return.
Sacred Sun, we welcome your rebirth,
The promise of warmth, hope, & renewal.
As your rays begin to stretch across the Earth once more,
May they awaken within us a new dawn of clarity,
Strength, & purpose.
Mother Earth, we thank you for your steadfast cycles,
For holding us through the cold & the shadow.
Teach us to trust in your rhythm,
To find peace in the pause & courage in the waiting.
Great Spirit, guide us through this sacred turning,
Help us to embrace the balance of darkness & light,
& to walk forward with open hearts & clear intentions.
May this season of transformation bring us closer to truth,
To each other, & to the divine within & around us.
With gratitude, hope, & love,
We honor this Winter Solstice,
The gateway to the growing light.

November's Full Beaver Super Moon rising at Stonehenge tonight 🦫🌕✨
So nice to get November's full moon when the trees still have their leaves 😍🍂🍁
The Full Moon in November is named after beavers who build their winter dams at this time of year. It is also called Frost Moon and Mourning Moon, depending on the December solstice.
