Tonight's pho has pochini mushrooms, Sweet onion, Basil, parsley, Garlic, and shreaded chicken.

We did some urban foraging. I let Cora eat about half.

So there was about 8/9 oz of berries or so.

Add apx 1/3 -1/2c of sugar and shake until all berries are covered.

Let sit in sun for 4-5 hours shaking vigariously, at periodical intervals.

Refrigerate overnight.

Serve cold, on hot pancakes or alternative breads.

Keep leftovers refrigerated.

Olivia Poole was raised on the White Earth Reservation in Minnesota. She was inspired by the traditional practice of using a bouncing cradleboard to soothe babies. I like to believe as a Disabled Person myself this "School" is ADA acciable enough.

So here is a 3 minute read as a mini class....

"History of Disability Rights in America *A Current Event*-Social Studies"

She fought for historic legislation such as the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

We had interest in Lunch Social but found the varying time vzones a bit hard to coordinate a single meal time; so we're going to go with a more relaxed after dinner start time of 7pm to 7:30 pm PST this season. With 1:1 with Cora available after 3:30 PMwhen we finish Saturday Hike *at 1 pm*

I'm Excited to kick off this 2023 year with all our new friends.
