Active Martial Arts in Mill Creek Washington specializes in teaching modern Martial Arts techniques with traditional values. Our striking program is based in Muay Thai Kickboxing and Taekwondo (Stand up arts of punching and kicking). In addition we also teach weapons such as the Japanese and Korean long sword, short sword, bo staff, kamas, sai, and nunchakus. Our number one goal is to improve our

students’ physical condition as well as their confidence and self-esteem. We believe that a person’s improvement in both of these areas are directly related. Through our training, students are able to increase their level of health and fitness while fine tuning their martial arts skills. While the students’ fitness levels and abilities expand, we always encourage them to work as a team and help each other to reach their goals, as opposed to competing with one another. As a result, our students experience a noticeable increase in both their physical and mental well being.
