Thank you to Monroe’s Natural Leaders, Mrs. Hopkins, and all of our staff, parents, students, and volunteers for helping our Multicultural Night be a successful event. The evening was full of amazing performances, food, and cultural displays.

Our Eagles are having a great time practicing their bike riding skills and safety in PE this month!

MOE eagles engaged in deep learning about the incredible life and legacy of Dr. King on Friday, honoring the work he did to advance justice and equality for the American people.

Thank you to Nadia Areli Carriedo Ramirez for being our special guest speaker during our Natural Leaders Reading Around the World Event. Thank you to our Monroe Natural Leaders program for planning and hosting this wonderful event.

Thank you to our amazing Monroe Student Council for organizing a successful food drive! Thank you, as well, to all who contributed to help our Eagle families in need. ❤️

Yesterday we held our Veterans Day assembly for our campus. Our students learned about the meaning and history of Veterans Day. Thank you to our scouts for presenting the flag and leading the school in the Pledge of Allegiance. Thank you to Mrs. Freeburg for leading our students in song and to our 5th grade speakers who shared what Veterans Day meant to them.

Thank you to PTA, our families, staff, and volunteers for helping our annual Fun Run go smoothly and be a success. Our Eagles had a great time. There were smiles from beginning to end.

Today our students enjoyed a great performance by the Taproot Theater group called “Rocks!”. The performance focuses on teaching students about anti-bullying.

Ready to start the year strong! We are excited to have our Eagles back on our campus. Let’s have a great 2024-2025 school year!
