Teddie Peanut Butter

You could have cereal in a bowl, but that would be boring.

Add your protein cereal to an almost empty Teddie jar, then pour in your protein milk. Be sure to scrape the sides to get a little peanut butter in each bite.

Bonus tip: use the lid and take it on the go, wherever you go.

1 banana (frozen works best for a thicker smoothie)
1 cup of frozen mangos
1 handful of spinach
1 scoop of protein powder
1 tbsp of wheat germ
2 tbsp of Teddie Peanut Butter
1 cup of coconut milk

Add all the ingredients into a blender and serve in a Teddie jar. Umbrella straw, optional.
