ATTENTION EVERYONE!! We wanted to thank everybody who has come out to our greenhouse and purchased some of the plants and flowers we have grown. We appreciate you all very much and thank you for support. With the remaining inventory prices are reduced and plants are priced to move!!!! So come see us before we sell out. We are open Mon-Fri 8 am-3 pm.

ITS THAT TIME OF THE YEAR!!!! The Bedford County FFA is having their annual plant sale! The plant sale will be open weekly starting April 27, and will be open while supplies last Monday-Friday, 8:30-3:00. We will be having special opening May 2nd at 10:00 am.

HAPPY AG LITTERACY WEEK!!!

Friday march 20th 2026 the bedford county FFA ventured down to the Bedford elementary school to read (Cows can moo can you) The Dr Suss book!! Kindergardners and first graders had the opportunity to learn what diferent products we eat/use everyday are made from. The kids also received a bag of candy in which each piece represented a different animal or object.

Why did you join FFA?
- I joined the FFA the further my education and knowledge of Agriculture, and to of course show until i’m 21!!

Why did you want to be an FFA officer?
- I choose to become an FFA officer because I wanted to be more involved with the FFA, and to have a leadership roll.

Favorite event/activity and why?
- My favorite event with the FFA would probobly be the overnight conferences, and livestock judging competitions. overnight conferences give you and your peers a chance to meet new people and gain new friendships. I also love livstock judging!!!

What is your SAE project/Projects?
- My SAE project consisted of showing at the Pennsylvania Farmshow, Where I showed my lamb and pig. I am currently raising Livestock for the 2026 Bedford county Fair that I will be showing in various classes

What is your biggest accomplishment through FFA?
- My biggest accomplishement so far through FFA is not only getting my green hand degree, but receiving the award for the 1st year green hand students.

What is your favorite FFA memory?
- My favorite FFA memory was when my friends and I all ordered Tacobell at a leadership conference and weren’t supposed to!!

What are some of you other hobbies?
- If I am not in school I am usually Working my lambs or pigs, Working at J&L horse stables, or riding horses. I am apart of the national and International Barrel racing associations, and Apart of the Pennsylvania club livestock association.

What’s the next step?
- My nexts step is to apply to the Allegeany College of Maryland, and hopfully make it into the Dental Hygenist program they offer!! I also plan to train my own Futurity horses with my trainers Guidence, and techniques. I will also be Barn help to ML Club Lambs in the near future.

-why did you join FFA?
I joined FFA to try and learn leadership skills, also so I could find my voice.

-Why did you want to be an FFA officer favorite activity/event?
I wanted to become an FFA officer to help my chapter grow and have them having a good experience like I did. My favorite event is Ace‘s leadership conference.

-What is your SAE project?
My SAE project this year is showing dairy beef at the 2026 Bedford County fair.

-What is the biggest accomplishment through FFA?
Getting my green hand.

-What is the best memory in FFA?
My favorite memory is going and eating after events.

-What other hobbies do you have?
Volleyball,basketball,track

-what is the next step?
To graduate high school And then go to the college of ACM for business
