Hey all!

A quick reminder: class tonight (Sep. 20th) starts at 8pm instead of 7.

Due to a profound absence of students this coming weekend (Sep. 13th & 14th), there will be no classes until the following weekend (Sep. 20th & 21st).

We hope everyone had a good holiday weekend for Labor Day. Classes are back to their usual time of 7pm this Friday, and 11am this Saturday.

For the next 2 weeks, however, the Friday class will meet at 8pm (instead of 7) on Sept. 13th and 20th.

Just a quick heads up to everyone: Vibe will be closed all of Labor Day weekend, so there will be NO classes on August 30th-31st.

Hey everyone! Slowly but surely we are expanding our library of available workouts. Get ready for some weighted workouts with a medicine ball, some interval training, and some beginning Arnis techniques using short sticks in pairs.

To my students and their parents -

In order to make sure that I have all my records straight and have all proper contact information consolidated in one file, I have assembled a Registration Packet, which I will be handing out to students/parents in class. Please be sure to fill out the registration form and return it to me. There are no extra registration fees. This is merely for helping me keep better records.

Due to a scheduling conflict, there will be no class at PMA Everett on this coming Saturday, July 13th. There WILL still be class on this Friday evening, July 12th, at 7:00pm.

A little clarification: While Vibe is closed for classes, the facility WILL be open for the Taekwondo test, which starts at noon on Saturday. Doors open at 11:40am.

Sorry if there was any confusion tonight. Vibe Dance Studio is closed for the weekend as part of summer break. There are no Taekwondo classes this weekend, June 28-29th.

Instructor Derek McClinton will be teaching classes on Friday, June 21st, and Saturday, June 22nd.

Hope and Jason, congratulations on a test well done. You guys worked hard to get where you are and I know you'll continue to do great. You rocked the test and I couldn't be prouder.
