The Everett class of 1970 lost another classmate member. Linda Plummer Whitfield passed away May 20, 2036.

It is with sorrow that we lost another 1969 classmate member on 04-14-26, Betty Jo Treece. This makes 55 since we graduated, 6 since our last reunion in September

March 12, 2026 It is with great sadness to post the class of 1969 lost 2 more classmates.

Mary Brantner Cooley 75, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2026 in the Chambersburg Hospital.

Also, we heard Jerry Foor passed away in January or February, but there was no obituary in the Gazette. Several relatives and friends have told me.

It is with great sadness the class of 1970 lost a classmate Monday evening. Dennis Foor 73 passed away. Prayers for his wife Luann.

Just saw in the Gazette this morning January 21, that Beth Coleman passed away on December 20th. Another one of our classmates gone but not forgotten.

Friday, October 24th - it is with great sadness to post another classmate from the class of 1969 has passed away. Sallie Clark Smith passed away, I don't know any other details only that she is at Akers Funeral Home.

Today is our class reunion, hope to see you there!

The class of 1969 lost 3 members this year: Bill Mearkle, Tom Swartz, and Terry Swindell.

The class of 1970 lost 7 members this year:

Donna Davis Miller, Janice Ritchey, Eichelberger, Bill Robinette, Judy Denis Hearn, Diane Williams Springer, Marc Adam's, Bobby Simmons.

An Alumni parade is going to be held in Everett, Tuesday, September 23...our classmates of 1969 will be riding in a Bollman bus....because they don't want us to hold up the parade with our canes and walkers....come and join us ...at 6 o'clock at the Everett High School...your spouse is welcome to join us....any questions, comment below. You won't believe who our business driver will be!!!

Dear classmates of the 69-70 reunion.

We are having the reunion again this year, September 20 at the Hine's cabin.

Set up at noon, eatting at 1pm

Chicken, hamburgers and hot dogs will be provided as always....plates silverware, coffee, water, iced tea. Lemonade, will be provided....please bring a side dish to share.....

If you could, if you text ...could you text me and tell me you got this message so Sharon and I know about how many are coming, otherwise we will make some calls.. my number is 494-1789.
I know other people see this besides our classmates so if I don't recognize your name I won't answer your question...to be on the safe side.

We will pass a hat or basket to collect money for future class reunions, so bring some cash if you plan to donate. There is No ATM at the cabin....
