Our BBQ is TONIGHT at 5:30pm. We hope to see you there!

Just three more days of school! Your students have likely brought home their yearbook put together by our wonderful yearbook Club! Our End of the Year BBQ is a great time for your students to bring their yearbook for signatures! We hope to see you there for our last blast with this building!

We will have free BBQ food (hot dog, chips, and water), as well as Sugar and Spoon and Panama Coffee food trucks with dessert and coffee for sale with a portion of their sales being donated to our PTA! We will have community partners there to share their summer programs for our families and information about how our families can access summer meals and healthcare. Our fifth graders will be there selling car wash tickets to raise funds for their fall 5th grade camp! Our community will be joining us to get last looks at the old building and leave their mark on a graffiti wall. It's a fun way to kick off the start of summer!

¡Hola, colaboradores de la PTA de Jackson!

¡Lo hemos logrado! Ya estamos en junio y solo quedan seis días de clases. En nuestra escuela reina la emoción por el verano y los preparativos para la mudanza al nuevo edificio. ¡Esperamos que se unan a nosotros en el último Día del Espíritu Escolar del año: el Día de Vestirse como un Empleado, el 12 de junio! Animamos a los alumnos a vestirse como su miembro del personal favorito y al personal a vestirse como sus alumnos.

¡También nos complace organizar nuestra mayor barbacoa de fin de curso hasta la fecha! El 12 de junio, a partir de las 5:30 p. m. en el césped de la entrada, ofreceremos perritos calientes, aperitivos y agua gratis para todos los asistentes. El edificio estará abierto a la comunidad para realizar visitas antes de la gran mudanza de este verano. Contaremos con la presencia de dos camiones de comida, que donarán una parte de sus ganancias a nuestra asociación de padres y maestros. Además, nos acompañarán diversos colaboradores comunitarios para brindar información sobre programas de verano destinados a apoyar a nuestra comunidad. ¡Estamos muy entusiasmados por organizar esta gran celebración para festejar el excelente trabajo realizado por nuestros alumnos este año y dar la bienvenida al verano! ¡Tuvimos un mayo estupendo con nuestra celebración de la Semana de Agradecimiento al Personal y nuestro fantástico Baile Brillante! También elegimos a nuestra nueva Junta Directiva de la PTA para el año 2026-2027 y premiamos a nuestros Educadores Destacados y a la Bellota de Oro.

¡Este año ha sido increíble! Hemos recaudado más fondos que nunca y organizado muchísimos eventos maravillosos, desde nuestro mayor y mejor evento de Halloween "Trunk or Treat" este otoño hasta divertidas noches de cine y nuestra tienda navideña. ¡Nada de esto habría sido posible sin su firme apoyo! ¡Les agradecemos a todos y cada uno de ustedes! Esperamos verlos una última vez el viernes 12 de junio en nuestra barbacoa para celebrar este año.

Hello Jackson PTA Supporters!

We've made it! June is upon us, and we only have six more days of school left! Our school is bustling with excitement for summer and packing for the new building. We hope you'll join us in one last Spirit Day for the year - Dress Like a Staff Day on June 12th! Students are encouraged to dress like their favorite staff member, and staff are encouraged to dress like their students!

We are also excited to be hosting our biggest End of the Year BBQ yet! On June 12th starting at 5:30pm on the front lawn, we will have free hot dogs, chips, and water for everyone joining us! The building will be open to the community for tours before the big move this summer. We will have two food trucks joining us, who will donate a portion of their proceeds to our PTA. We will have many community partners to share information about summer programs to support our community. We are so excited to such a big bash to celebrate the amazing work our students have done this year and kick off summer! We had a great May with our celebration of Staff Appreciation Week and our glow-tastic Glow Dance! We also elected our incoming PTA Board for the 2026-2027 year and awarded our Outstanding Educators and Golden Acorn!

This year has been incredible! We have fundraised more than ever and hosted so many wonderful events, from our biggest and best Trunk or Treat this fall to fun-filled movie nights to our Holiday Shop! We could not have done any of it without your steadfast support! We appreciate each and every one of you! We hope to see you one last time on Friday June 12th for our BBQ to celebrate this year!

Today is Elmer’s Rainbow Snack Bar to celebrate our fantastic Jackson staff! This is our last day of grand gestures, but every day is a great day to express your gratitude for all our teachers and staff do for our Jackson Silvers!

Yesterday, our staff were treated to an amazing BBQ by the fantastic Dumbledore of Jackson, Mr. Larama! Today, the PTA hosted a Where the Wild Things Are make your own trail mix bar and soda bar! Remember to write a note or draw a picture for your favorite teachers and staff to say thank you!
