Summer is still going! 🎉
We are SO excited for more Little Learners Labs - the second half of summer kicks off Monday, August 3rd! We're rolling in with Wheels in Motion, so get ready for cars, ramps, jumps, and more.
Here's the new schedule: Mondays + Wednesdays, 9:30-11:00 AM at Little Pandas Play Cafe. We trimmed a day to keep things sustainable and give these two classes our full energy.

Little Explorers (2-4) and Tiny Explorers (0-2) now run at the exact same time, so if you've got kiddos in both age groups, it's one session for your whole crew to play alongside each other.
None of this happens without opening their doors to us every week. Grateful doesn't even cover it. 💛

Happy International Day of Friendship! 🤝💛

Friendship might be the most underrated skill we teach in early childhood. And let's be honest, it's not always pretty. It's a grabbed toy. A meltdown over whose turn it is. Sometimes a push or a shove because big feelings haven't found their words yet.

But here's the thing: it counts. Sharing, taking turns, working out a disagreement without a grown-up stepping in right away, these are HUGE developmental wins disguised as playground squabbles. Every hard moment is a rep.

And then there's the other side. Some of our favorite friendship moments from the Little Learners Labs: kiddos handing over the "good" scoop without being asked, cheering each other on mid-obstacle course, and the group hugs that happen for absolutely no reason at all. Those moments don't happen without the hard ones first.

Tough and tender, it's all friendship in progress. 💛

The rest of summer is here, and we're doing things a little different! 🎉

Starting August 3rd, Little Learners Labs moves to Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:30-11:00 AM at Little Pandas Play Cafe. Same play-based, child-led magic, just a slightly lighter schedule so we can all catch our breath (and yes, that includes me 😅).

Community & Friends week wrapped up today and I am not exaggerating when I say our little humans built an entire town. Police station, fire dept, hospital, construction site - all drawn out by hand and then absolutely loved on with trucks, trains, and a whole lot of imagination.

We talked about helpers in our neighborhood, tried on a few "jobs" (Fire chief energy was strong today), and did some seriously focused small world play. This is the stuff that looks like just playing and is actually kids working out how their world fits together - which is exactly the point.

This was our last Community & Friends session for this round, but we are not done yet - Wheels in Motion rolls in next and registration is open now. Link in bio, and as always Little Pandas members - ask me for your discount code.

Community & Friends week is in full swing! 🏘️

This morning our Little Explorers built (and played their way through) an entire town on our giant community map - police station, fire department, hospital, even a construction site. Watching them problem solve, take on roles, and completely lose themselves in the pretend play was such a good reminder of why we do this.
One more class Wednesday and then Session 1 is officially in the books - new session dates coming very soon!
