Let’s stop lying to ourselves.
Schools are not miracle centers.
Teachers are not magicians.
If a child is rude at home, they will be rude in class.
If they never listen to you, they will not listen to a teacher.
If they have zero respect for elders, a math lesson will not change that.
Parents keep outsourcing parenting.
“Teachers will teach manners.”
“Pastors will teach discipline.”
“Society will guide them.”
No.
That is your job.
Schools can teach equations.
They can sharpen talent.
They can open minds.
But they cannot undo ten years of poor parenting in one term.
When parents refuse to do the work, society pays the bill.
Teachers get stressed.
Classrooms turn into battlefields.
The same child grows into an adult who cannot function anywhere.
Schools are partners, not substitutes.
They can build on what you’ve already laid.
But they cannot start from scratch because you were too busy making excuses.
Discipline begins at home.
Respect begins at home.
Responsibility begins at home.
If you refuse to start it, do not expect schools to fix it.
They won’t
They can't
