Nice overview--though pressure brought to bear on Hollywood combined other religious groups and was also a reaction to the brash realism of the new sound films.

...so tomorrow on the USI Campus (Evansville, IN) in Forum 1 the 2012 American musical science fiction comedy film entitled THE GHASTLY LOVE OF JOHNNY X, which is apparently "was the final film ever to be shot on Kodak's now discontinued 35mm black and white Plus-X film stock," will be showing at 11:00am & 1:30pm - free & open to the public!!!

The film contains performances by the late Kevin McCarthy (his last film appearance), Paul Williams and Creed Bratton (of The Office)!!! And get this, the director (also producer & co-writer) Paul Bunnell will be attending both showings with Q&A sessions afterwards!!!
