Whether your athlete is just getting started or has goals of standing on top of the podium this season, now is the time to put in the work. Our preseason programs are designed to help wrestlers build the technique, confidence, conditioning, and mindset they’ll need when the season begins.

Sam Howard and Spenser McCammon became MCWC’s 31st and 32nd Fargo All-Americans yesterday! Both had great performances throughout the entire tournament!

Spenser finished with a 6-1 record and 2nd place!

Sam finished 6-0 and became MCWC’s 7th Fargo Freestyle National Champion!
