Caze Elementary is hiring a 4th Grade Departmentalized Writing Mentor Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year!

This unique opportunity includes:
⭐ TAG Tier III Stipend- $7,500
⭐ Additional Mentor Stipend- $2,500
⭐ Leadership and mentoring opportunities
⭐ A model classroom environment
⭐ The chance to support both students and fellow educators

This teacher will:
📚 Teach 3 sections of 4th grade writing daily
✏️ Provide strong writing instruction and targeted small groups
🤝 Support and mentor newer teachers
🏫 Maintain an open “model classroom” for staff collaboration and learning
📊 Lead and activate a strong PLC focused on collaboration, data, and instruction

We are looking for someone who:
✔️ Builds strong relationships with students and staff
✔️ Has strong instructional practices
✔️ Values teamwork and collaboration
✔️ Is passionate about helping both students and teachers grow
✔️ Wants to make an impact beyond their own classroom
