June is officially in the books for MD Girls Basketball!💛❤️🏀

What a fun and busy month it has been for our Lady Wildcats. Between 35 combined Varsity and JV games, 5 bus trips, 2 overnights, weekly workouts, and daily practices, the girls packed a lot into one month while making memories and growing together as a team.

A big thank you to Azzip, Hacienda, Noble Roman’s, and Chick-fil-A for hosting Giveback Nights throughout June. The support from those events helped make many of these summer opportunities possible, and we appreciate everyone who came out and supported the program.

A special thank you as well to our Coaches- Terry Muensterman, Steve Spahn, Maura Muensterman, Steve Goans, and Doug Blair for all of the time they invested in our players this month. Summer basketball is a big commitment, and we are grateful for everything they do for these girls.

The girls wrapped up June with a day at Holiday World before enjoying a well-deserved break for the holiday.

Thank you to all of the players, coaches, families, supporters, and local businesses who helped make it such a great month. We can’t wait to see what this group accomplishes this season!

Congratulations to the Mater Dei Baseball team on bringing home the State Championship! ⚾🏆 What a great accomplishment and a fun weekend for the Mater Dei community.

It was also neat that some of our girls were able to catch the game while they were in Indianapolis for the Charlie Hughes Tournament and be part of the celebration. 💛❤️

And Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads out there! Hope you had a great day with your families.

🏀 Open Gym tonight 5:00–6:30 PM 🏀

This will be our final Open Gym of the summer, as next Sunday is Father’s Day.

We’ve had great participation throughout the spring and summer and are hoping for a big turnout 💛❤️
