Hello all UE Parents,
A Facebook Group has been created for current UE Parents, graduated UE parents, and prospective UE parents. The name of it is "UE Parents." This will be YOUR GROUP to ask questions, share information and photos about your student's or your UE Experience, etc. This University of Evansville Parents PAGE will be inactive as of today, November 12, 2013.

PARENTS & December 2013 Graduates

If your December graduate missed Commencement Central, he/she can still purchase a cap and gown and/or order graduation announcements in the UE Bookstore. However, if they are a MASTER'S graduate he/she will need to get to the Bookstore promptly and order a custom made regalia. The gown and hood take longer to produce so they should be ordered very soon. If students have any questions, they can contact the Bookstore.

WINTER COMMENCEMENT is December 18, 2013!

Commencement Central for Winter Grads is Thursday, October 24

If your Winter Graduate plans to graduate this December, he/she needs to stop by Commencement Central, Thursday, October 24, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. outside of the University Bookstore. It's his/her one stop shopping for graduation needs: to check in with the registrar, order cap, gown and announcements from the bookstore, learn about services available to them through Alumni and Career Development.

Aces Athletics Open House - Thursday, October 3
The general public will have its first opportunity to see the Fifth Third Bank Basketball Practice Facility and Carson Center enhancements as the University of Evansville athletics department will hold an open house on Thursday, October 3.
Set to begin at 6 p.m., the open house will allow fans to view several new additions to the Carson Center as well as a look at the new practice facility that is connected. Among the upgrades to the Carson Center are the new hallway displays for each of UE’s 14 sports as well as the new Interactive Hall of Fame Exhibit.
The event is free to all and will feature great prizes as well as light refreshments. The prizes include two tickets to the Aces game at Indiana, two floor seats to the home game against Butler, four suite tickets to a men’s basketball game of your choice and more! At approximately 6:45 p.m. (took out that day) basketball coaches Oties Epps and Marty Simmons will address the crowd inside the Braun Men’s Basketball Gym inside the Fifth Third Bank Facility. Fans who plan on attending are asked to wear soft shoes to the event in order to protect the practice floor.
This will be the first chance that fans can have at purchasing 5-packs for this season as the ticket office in the Carson Center will be open throughout the event. Those in attendance will also receive a voucher good for $5 off of a 5-pack and two FREE tickets to a men’s or women’s home game (excluding Butler).
Coaches and student-athletes from the other Aces athletic programs will be on hand to meet and greet fans as well.
