Shepard Academy Week in Review:

It has been a great start with lots of returning students and many new faces.

This week our featured Academy Junior cohort discussed their summer assignments over Supreme Court Cases, Greek Myths, Peer Reviewed Academic Journals, Socratic Seminars, Would You Rather Propositions, our novel analysis over: A Time to Kill, and so much more.

The Shepard Academy celebrates our graduating seniors. Thank you to Courtney Johnson for delivering our keynote address. Among the incredible advice you imparted to our students included: Ask yourself what can I do? Don’t ask permission, don’t wait, just start! Solve problems and be willing to act. A common theme from the senior speeches included: family, opportunities, connections, growth, and change. We are so proud of each and every one of you and are so excited to see where each of your journeys will take you next. Once a Shepard, Always a Shepard and the Class of 2026 has definitely left your marks and have moved the Academy forward. Ite et mutate mundum.
