Female Athlete of the Month: Bryn Watson
Bryn started training with us last summer and has been a fantastic addition to our team of athletes! She plays soccer for Indy Eleven Spirit and is looking forward to competing in her first ECNL season this year. On the volleyball court, Bryn and her Metro Volleyball team wrapped up their season at AAU Nationals in June, finishing an impressive 9th out of 131 teams in the 12 Classic division.
Over the past 12 months, Bryn has made measurable improvements across the board, including her vertical jump, broad jump, agility, and 10-yard dash. Her continued commitment to training is showing up not only in her numbers, but in her ability to compete at a high level across multiple sports!
