Essential for smaller guards. Throws off the defenses timing when attacking the rim. Defenders are ready to jump after your second step, leaving off the first step keeps them guessing.

Every ball handler must learn to create space for themselves. We focused on creating space and scoring out of our pull back dribble. Focusing on being a threat on all three levels and pushing to be able to score on a variety of different defenders.

Meet my girl Millie ! She is only a Freshman I don’t know where North gets these ladies from but she is special. Her love for this game makes training her beyond fun! I love to challenge her and watch her answer and respond every time. Keep an eye out for Amelia Collins this season and those to come.

S/o to my dog Robin Duncan! He came in to get a workout in before he slides out to the Netherlands. Me and Rob has known eachother for a while now, training him was dope. Listen for me to say “a couple free throws is keeping us from a couple thousand”. I asked Rob what’s something you feel needs improvement for next season. First thing he told me was freethrows !!!

Robin averaged 10 points 6 rebounds and 4 assist as a rookie last season. We talked a lot about him looking to score off ball screen action. With the passer he is it keeps everyone honest around him and we worked on using his body and getting to those spots and scoring.
