Our Health Sciences Pre-Professional students are staying engaged right up until the final days of the school year!

Today, our first-year students explored anatomy in a hands-on way by dissecting a sheep brain as part of their continued learning experience.

Final exams may be behind us, but learning is still going strong here at SICTC during our final week!

Our Building Trades students at SICTC are finishing the school year strong while making a real impact in the community!

This week, students and volunteers have been working to help refurbish the Department of Child Services Youth Area, completing drywall work and adding fresh paint to help improve and brighten the space. These hands-on projects give students the opportunity to apply their skills in a meaningful, real-world setting while giving back to local organizations.

Students also had the chance to expand their learning beyond the classroom by using a Heavy Equipment Simulator provided by our valued community partner, ElectriCom LLC. Experiences like these help students explore industry technology and better understand the careers available to them in construction and skilled trades.

We are grateful for all of our community partners who continue to invest in our students and provide these incredible learning opportunities. Their support helps broaden horizons and prepare our students for successful futures. 🙌

Last night, SICTC proudly celebrated a major milestone as we hosted our very first National Technical Honor Society induction ceremony!

We are incredibly proud of these outstanding students for their dedication, leadership, skill development, and commitment to excellence in career and technical education. Being inducted into NTHS is an honor that reflects not only academic achievement but also professionalism, character, and a strong work ethic.

Watching these students be recognized for their hard work and bright futures was truly inspiring.
