At Gold Medal Swim Academy, we want your child’s introduction to water and swim lessons to be positive and enjoyable for all. That is why we have launched our Water Foundations classes for babies and toddlers!

Classes are separated by age, with one for ages 6 months to 18 months and the other for ages 19 months to 36 months. Parents are in the water with their child, too, making it an extra special experience.

This summer, we have expanded again & would like to offer a discounted price for NEW members to introduce their children to the water through repetition, song, and play.

❓What is Water Foundations?
Our Water Foundations program is designed to help little ones build confidence and comfort in the water while creating special memories with their grown-up!

🤿6–18 Months
Through songs, play, and repetition, swimmers work on:
• Water acclimation
• Assisted floating
• Blowing bubbles
• Hair wet, ears wet, eyes wet
• Positive water experiences

🤿19–36 Months
As confidence grows, swimmers begin working on:
• Water submersion
• Blowing bubbles
• Floating
• Rolling from front to back
• Increased independence in the water

❤️ Parents are in the water for every class, providing comfort, encouragement, and hands-on support.

⭐ Small class sizes with a 5:1 swimmer-to-instructor ratio ensure plenty of individualized attention.
