🌎 QUIZBOWL RECAP! 🙋

Last weekend, we had 9 teams face off in RCB’s Annual Quiz Bowl!

Our winning team was the Northeast Stars, with representation from both Ayers and Slivka! ⭐️🦑 Our runner-up was the CRCowboys! 🤠🎞️

🍂 Join us in helping with food-packing for FMSC! 📦

Next Monday, RCB will be bringing RC members to the FMSC Warehouse to pack food to be sent to impoverished communities around the world.

🚍 Food packing will occur between 7-8 pm, with a time commitment from 6-10pm for transportation!

💚 VOLUNTEER FOR BE THE MATCH! 💙

Wednesday, May 18th and Thursday, May 19th, Residential College Board is collabing with Be The Match, an organization here at Northwestern that aims to get people on the stem cell donor registry. Getting more young people on the registry is our goal as the more people on the registry, the greater the chance that a person who is dearly in need of cells is able to be matched with their life-saving donor! 

We will have tables set up, North and South campus, and we need volunteers to help get people to swab!!! If you can come for even 30 minutes that will be super helpful!! You will be taught everything you need to know, from more information on this organization, how to get people to swap, how to properly inform them, and also how to handle the swabbing kits!

Moreover, even if you can not volunteer, swabbing at the registry is also something important! Pull up to one of the tables on the below dates, it will take 5 minutes, and you can help save a life!
