Things are ending.
Things are changing.
Some of them good,
Some of them bad,
But I will try to not be bothered,
Bothered by the fact that I…
..I might never see some of you again,
That I may very well forget your voice,

Your jokes,
Your comments,
Your thoughts,
Your spirit,

Yet, I can’t let this all get me down.
No, I know I must push through,
Because despite what I stand to lose--
The things I’ve gained--the things I’ve learned--
That’s worth a million farewells,

How I’ve become more myself,
How I figured out what it means,

To be from here.

It’s all thanks to you.
You, yes, you!
You are the ones,
All those that have ridden this path before,
You are responsible for what you see in me today,

-I plan to attend Brigham Young University and serve a mission for my church.

-Cross country and basketball.

-Being a 3 time All State athlete.

-Winning a State Championship with my Cross Country team.

What are your plans after high school? 🎉
-I‘m gonna go back to my home country and finish my two years of High School. After that I’m planning on going to University to become a veterinarian.

If any, what extracurricular activities were you involved in?🎭
-I was involved in indoor and outdoor track as well as Special Olympics.

What is one high school accomplishment you are proud of?🏆
-Having so many great friends.

-Actually every moment was great! But I loved the Basketball and football games.

-I haven’t fully decided yet, but I plan on going to Dixie State or joining the military.

If any, what extracurricular activities were you involved in?🎭
-I was involved in swimming, special Olympics, and theater.

What is one high school accomplishment you are proud of?🏆
-Proudest moment was probably qualifying for state in swimming.

-Talking with the girls on the bus rides to swim meets and being apart of the musicals.

-I don’t really know yet. Maybe some studying and then a lot of traveling.

If any, what extracurricular activities were you involved in?🎭
-Swimming, drama, and track.

What is one high school accomplishment you are proud of?🏆
-Making lots of friends and having good grades in math, I guess. I hated it.

-Homecoming and activities.

-I will be attending Sheridan College to get a degree in athletic training. I will also play soccer for them.

If any, what extracurricular activities were you involved in?🎭
-Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, and NHS.

What is one high school accomplishment you are proud of?🏆
-I am proud of being who I am and being on of the few three sport athletes in our grade.

-The bus rides to games.

Amelia Walker

What are your plans after high school?🎉
-I’ll be attending UVU and majoring in theater with a minor in film and will hopefully be getting an internship at Utah Film Studios for spfx makeup.

If any, what extracurricular activities were you involved in?🎭
-I’ve been in theater, dance, 3 different choirs in Ohio, and then Vocal Jazz, DECA, and FCCLA here in Evanston.

What is one high school accomplishment you are proud of?🏆
-I’m proud that I’ve been able to accomplish every year of my high school career in a different high school. It’s been super hard to adapt to different states and cultures but it’s proof to myself that I can overcome any challenge put in my way. I’m also just happy that after all I’ve put into theater, I won 3 All-states this year at state comp.

What is your favorite high school memory?🧠
-Meeting all different people! Living in 4 different states gives you a lot of opportunities to meet some amazing kiddos and I wouldn’t have made it through if it weren’t for all my theater families. In short, anytime that I was able to laugh would be my favorite memory.

What are your plans after high school?🎉
-Attend Weber State to complete my prerequisite and apply for their radiology program.

If any, what extracurricular activities were you involved in?🎭
-Cheer my freshman year.

What is one high school accomplishment you are proud of?🏆
-I’m proud of the grades and GPA I have that ended up creating a lot of opportunities for me. I’m also super proud of the friendship I created with some of the students in Mr.Burger’s class.

What is your favorite high school memory?🧠
-I have tons of favorites! Cheer, prom sophomore year and junior year, and hopefully graduation will be a good memory.
