This quarter, we have been building a Chapter on campus that can and will work towards J Street U’s campaign, Stop Demolition Build Peace. J Street U hosts speaker events, community teach-ins concerning Israel’s history and current political climate as well as leads social media initiatives to defend the two-state solution, oppose creeping annexation by the Israeli settlement movement and stand with vulnerable Palestinian communities in the West Bank. This application is open to anyone even if you are unfamiliar with the organization.
