To kick off the first day of school, join the PTA and Dewey administrators, Ms. Newsome and Ms. Yepez, for coffee in the garden. Drop in for a few minutes or stay the whole time. We look forward to seeing you there!

Save the date for Back-to-School grade-wide meetups! Come visit with other Dewey families in your child's grade while students meet up to kick off the start of the school year. All gatherings will occur on the front playground at Dewey. Siblings welcome. We hope to see you there!

Dear Dewey Families, Teachers, Staff and Administration 🐯,

This has been quite a year back together at Dewey. We are proud of the work many volunteers have done to create enriching experiences for our students, support teachers, advocate for needs, and build community. To the 5th grade Dewey students, we extend the very best wishes for a successful transition to middle school and to those families that are leaving our community, we are grateful for the time we shared together.

There will be ongoing work all summer to prepare for next school year and we welcome you to join us. We also will reach out a couple times this summer with information about summer meet-ups and back to school fun. Until then…Happy Summer Everyone!

The 5th grade recognition ceremony is this Tuesday, June 7 at 9:30 followed by a celebratory picnic at Mason Park. Estimadas familias, maestros, personal y administración de Dewey 🐯,

Ha sido un año total juntos otra vez en Dewey. Estamos tan orgullosos del trabajo de muchos voluntarios para crear experiencias enriquecedoras para nuestros estudiantes, apoyar a los maestros, defender a las necesidades de la comunidad, y construir a la comunidad. A los estudiantes del 5o grado de Dewey, les damos las felicidades y les deseamos una transición exitosa a secundaria y a las familias que se vayan de nuestra comunidad, damos gracias por el tiempo que hemos compartido juntos.

Habrá trabajo durante todo el verano preparándonos para el año escolar que viene y les invitamos a juntarse con nosotros. También escribiremos un par de veces durante el verano con información sobre citas para jugar y más diversión para el regreso a la escuela. Hasta entonces…¡Felíz Verano a Todos!
