Today, our campers painted a special log that will become a colorful home for our ladybugs when they are ready to be released into nature. The children loved mixing colors and working together to create a cozy habitat for our tiny friends. This hands-on experience helped deepen their connection to the ladybug life cycle while encouraging creativity, teamwork, and care for living things.

Our campers are becoming little scientists this week as we explore the fascinating world of bugs. We recently welcomed a ladybug habitat to our classroom, and the children will have the opportunity to observe the ladybugs as they grow and develop over time. Summer Camp at Covenant Nursery School 🌱

Learning comes alive when little hands are free to explore.

Today, our campers became young scientists, carefully sifting, sorting, and discovering the treasures hidden in the earth beneath them. Through hands-on investigation, children build observation skills, problem-solving abilities, patience, and curiosity—all while having fun outdoors.
