Some information that may be helpful and clear up any confusion with the Popcorn Fundraiser types of sales and payment info:

1. Online order shipped directly to buyer. All payment is done online, buyer pays shipping, gets order fastest. Can place orders through Oct 16th.

2. Online order shipped to school. All payment is done online, Buyer pays no shipping costs but will not receive orders until after sale ends. Can place orders though Oct 16th.

3. Paper orders shipped to school. Sellers will need to collect payment as orders are received. Checks as payment can be made to Poyner PTO. Order forms will need to be returned to Poyner by Oct 14th so we can submit to Poppin Popcorn.

If you are chosing to do paper orders you do not need to put in an online order at the end. You just need to get your order form and all payment to us by the end of the day Oct 14th and we will handle it from there.

We appreciate your patience in getting this info communicated. We choose to offer more options this year to help offset shipping charges, we didn't anticipate the amount of people who would want to kick it old school fundraiser style with the paper forms! 😎

As always, we appreciate all of the support our Poyner families show us with our fundraising efforts! 💜

Poyner Elementary students, staff, and their immediate family members are invited to the Poyner Fun Fair 2026 Sponsored by Poyner PTO on Thursday May 21st from 5-8pm at Palmer's Family Fun in Waterloo. This event is fully funded by the Poyner PTO's fundraising efforts this year!

The PTO would like to say THANK YOU for all of the support we have received this year. We would not be able to offer this event for free without all of the popcorn and pies sold, the bingo cards and raffle tickets purchased and the restaurant fundraising nights attended! 🤩
