Evadale ISD

Evadale ISD Evadale Independent School District is a school district, located in a rural logging community about 25 miles north of Beaumont.

The district has two campuses: Evadale Elementary/Jr. High, PK-8, and Evadale High School 9-12.

Evadale ISD is excited to add a newly wrapped passenger van to our transportation fleet! This vehicle will be used to transport small groups of students to a variety of educational and extracurricular activities, including field trips, athletic events, playoff games, tournaments, FFA competitions, UIL Academic competitions, and other school-sponsored events.

The van includes several upgrades designed to enhance safety, comfort, and convenience for students and staff while traveling. The van is also DOT certified. This addition provides greater flexibility for student transportation needs and helps ensure our students can safely participate in the many opportunities available beyond the classroom.

We would like to thank the Evadale ISD Board of Trustees for approving this purchase and for their continued commitment to providing safe and reliable transportation for our students.

We are proud to continue investing in resources that support student success and expand learning experiences for all Rebels!

Mrs. Stinson serves district-wide as a liaison between parents and teachers and is always organized, prepared, and dependable. She keeps special education information accurate and up to date and helps ensure students receive the support they need.

Congratulations to Mr. John Schild on being named Support Staff of the Year!

Mr. Schild is always there when needed and often shows up just to lend a helping hand, always with a big smile and a “How are you doing?” This year, our maintenance crew worked tirelessly relocating classrooms and moving teachers, and Mr. Schild helped lead just about every one of those moves.

His positive attitude, hard work, and willingness to help wherever needed make a difference across Evadale ISD every day. We are thankful for all he does and proud to recognize him with this well-deserved honor!

Mrs. Hughley goes above and beyond each day to support students and staff at Evadale ISD. She is always willing to help wherever needed and does so with a positive attitude and genuine care for others. From supporting students in the classroom to stepping up in the cafeteria during staffing shortages, Mrs. Hughley consistently puts others first.

Congratulations to Ms. Misty Gibson on being named the Elementary Teacher of the Year!

Ms. Gibson was nominated by her peers, and it’s easy to see why. She is known for the care, dedication, and hard work she pours into her students and her classroom every single day. Teaching is more than a job to her — it is truly her calling.
