Eustis High School is excited to announce Kristen Edmonds as the next Lady Panthers Soccer Coach. Kristen was born in New Jersey and was a 3 sport athlete at Metuchen High School. She attended Rutgers University where she lead the Scarlett Knights to the round of 16 in the NCAA tournament.

After high school, Kristen played professionally overseas in Iceland and Russia. She was part of the championship winning side at both stops and qualified for the UEFA Women’s Champions League.

She moved back to the States and played in the NWSL. In 2016, with the Orlando City Pride, she was the Golden Boot Winner and Women’s Soccer Weekly MVP.

In 2023, she decided to play at home with Gotham FC and became a NWSL Champion. After 14 years and over 200 appearances, she made the decision to retire in 2025.

A message from the coach:
After 14 years of playing professional soccer around the world, I’m grateful for the experience, knowledge, and perspective the game has given me. I’m excited to give that back to the next generation of athletes. Now that I’ve settled down with my family here in Lake County, I’m eager for the opportunity to help rebuild the Eustis girls soccer program and create a competitive culture that develops confident, hardworking players both on and off the field.
