We teach online and afterschool in San Diego - our students learn how to play electric keyboards - they go at their own pace and progress according to their own ability. I am a Berklee College of Music-trained blues and jazz pianist, and have been teaching group and private keyboard lessons since 2012. I grew up in a musical home and attended two different creative and performing arts schools. I
n addition to piano, I play drums, trumpet, and trombone . . . and I discovered my passion for teaching music early on. To ensure I can meet all of my students' varied needs, I constantly seek to expand my understanding of successful learning methods – focusing on which methods contribute to a positive inspiring lesson that leaves my students motivated to learn.
