The Pre-k and the school-age groups beat the heat by taking a trip to Meramec Caverns this week! They were able to travel deep into the cave and learn about the different rocks and formations from a knowledgeable tour guide who answered all their questions!

We told the rain to go away, but it decided it was here to stay. We said, "That's okay!" and had the most fun during our water play anyway! 💦🌧
Water play days are one of our favorite summertime activities! It allows us to get outside and have the most immersive sensory experience with all of our friends!

The Crocodile class created colorful erupting volcanoes today using vinegar, baking soda, and food coloring. In pairs, one friend would pour the baking soda into a cup, then they chose which colors to use for their lava! The other friend then poured vinegar into the cup, creating a fizzy, bubbly mixture. The kids observed the cup and were asked a few questions about the mixture's reaction. They had so much fun!😊 What a cool science experiment! ⛰️
