The Eureka Wresting Club competed in the District 2 tournament at The Kansas Star arena Saturday. The top four qualifiers from this tournament advance to USAWKS State next weekend at the Stormont Vail Events Center in Topeka. Maelyn Vinson and Lakyn McCoy are District Champions! Oaklyn Smith and Killian Harrington both placed second and Adleigh Ray finished third! Congratulations and good luck next weekend!

Proud of every single one of the guys that wrestled today. They battled their tails off to become state qualifiers and finish 5th as a team at the regional with one senior boy on the team. Not everyone qualified but they all contributed to this team finish. It’s a great day to be a tornado wrestling fan, today and every day! The future is bright for Eureka Wrestling!

The Eureka Wrestling Club traveled to Buhler to compete in their last regular season tournament today. Oaklyn Smith and Cormick Collinge both placed 1st, Carter Ring placed 2nd, Jad Day finished 3rd, and Maddox Ring placed fourth! Congratulations everyone!
