Mattole River Camp is a huge part of what makes NSQ camp so special. We have been running our empowering program in this little slice of heaven for almost 30 years!
It's like coming home.

With camp one starting on Sunday, and camp two following close behind, we are soooooo close to covering all of our scholarships for local girls. We have been selling fireworks, writing grants, asking local businesses and writing celebrities!

Our empowering summer camp for middle school girls+ has been changing lives and building leaders since 1997! In all those years we have accepted every camper who wants to go regardless of their family's ability to pay. Each year, about 30 campers receive a partial scholarship, and 20-25 campers attend at no cost!
That means campers in foster care, campers whose families are experiencing homelessness, and those simply struggling in hard times can build confidence, meet new friends, and make memories that will last a lifetime.
