Great job, Lazer Sharks in Space! You represented Eureka and the state of Montana well at the Cowtown Invitational.
After advancing to the playoffs as the fourth seed they lost their first match, moving to the loser bracket. They held strong for match two, but unfortunately fell in match three by just 10 points, resulting in their elimination.
They were awarded the Second Place Reach Award for their efforts to recruit new members to the FIRST community.
Congratulations to the first seed alliance, Root Negative One and Pro2type on winning the robot game!

What an exciting morning for the Lazer Sharks in Space! They won their last three qualification matches, and ended up in 6th place! The top 8 teams get to move on to the playoff rounds this afternoon. After alliance selections, the Sharks ended up in the 4th seed and chose Technical Turbulance to be their alliance partner through the playoff rounds. The Lazer Sharks in Space completed five of their eight qualifying matches today, and are currently sitting in 8th place! Tomorrow morning they will compete in the remaining qualifying matches, and the top six teams will move on to the playoffs! Great job, team 10662! Keep up the great work!

After a truly memorable travel adventure, our robotics team has officially arrived in Fort Worth for the Cowtown Invitational!

What started with a canceled flight turned into a rescheduled flight, a delayed flight, a sprint across the Denver airport, and finally an arrival at nearly 3:00 a.m. Despite getting only a couple hours of sleep, our students showed incredible resilience, positive attitudes, and determination every step of the way.

Now they’re ready to represent Eureka against some strong competition, and we couldn’t be more proud of how they’ve handled every challenge thrown their way.

We are excited to see what they accomplish over the next two days of competition and know they will represent our school and community well.

Thank you to everyone who came to our BINGO night! We had a lot of fun and hope you did as well. Thank you again to everyone who donated a prize - we had so many great ones to give away!
