We're SO excited for the first day of school tomorrow!!!! 📚✏️
Here are a few important things to remember:

• Cafeteria & front gate: Open at 7:30
• Side gate (Chester Street): Opens at 7:50
• First bell: 8:08

Since tomorrow is Monday, it’s an early-out day! Pick-up will be at 1:43.

Pick-up locations:
• TK–2: Side gate
• 3–5: Front of the school

Please help us keep traffic and drop-off/pick-up running smoothly! If you need to get out of your car, please find a parking space and leave the drop-off zones open for families who are dropping off and going.

We appreciate everyone’s help and patience as we get back into the school routine. We can’t wait to see all those bright, smiling faces bright and early tomorrow morning!

You OTTER know that Zoo Camp is starting soon and it's not too late to register your student for a wild summer of fun and learning!

🐻 Cub Club (ages 5-7) is an adventure for the young explorer. During each class we learn about animals through intimate encounters, hands-on exploration, theater, storybooks, art and more.

🦦 Jr. Zookeepers (ages 8-10) will explore hands-on learning about animals - including caring for, feeding, and making special treats for our Zoo ambassadors.

A huge congratulations today to Mrs. Stone on her retirement after 36 incredible years of teaching!🎉

She wasn't just a teacher, she lovingly cared for, inspired, and guided every student who walked through her classroom doors. Her dedication, kindness, and impact on countless lives will never be forgotten.

While we will miss her dearly, we are so excited for her as she begins this well-deserved new chapter in retirement.

Thank you for everything, Mrs. Stone. We love you and wish you all the happiness in the world! 💙🦦💙

Community Day was a huge success! We love being part of this community and are so grateful for the many local partners who show up year after year to make this event special.

Thank you to everyone who participated and supported Community Day. The kids love meeting you, learning from you, and seeing the positive impact you make. We appreciate all that you do and look forward to next year!

Hello Eureka City Schools Community!

As we come to the close of another school year, we’re excited to share Part 3 of our special storytime series with our Community Schools Social Emotional Learning Coach, Emily Lancaster! 📚✨

In this final storytime for the school year, Emily continues helping children explore their emotions, build self-awareness, and strengthen the skills they need to navigate challenges with confidence and kindness. 🧠💙

The end of the school year is a great time to reflect on all the growth, learning, and resilience our students have shown. We hope this story provides an opportunity for meaningful conversations and connection at home as families head into summer.
