This year, etc decided to enter their musical into the St. Louis High School Musical Theatre Awards and got 3 nominations, including one for our amazing alumni Julie Weitzel who has been choreographing for etc since the “new” theatre was built.

Two of our current students, Avery Bengtson and Maren Burns, also qualified and get to perform on the stage of Fox Theatre at the ceremony on May 24! We are so proud of our future alumni and love to see them being celebrated!

Check out the SLHSMTA page to see all the area nominees and let us know if you’ll be at the ceremony!

Recent alumni and current etc students are planning to put on Starkids' The Trail to Oregon! this July. The production is completely student-run, from the cast, technicians, and director.

However, they need help raising the necessary funds. Any donation, no matter how small, would be going a long way.

Everyone who donates will get their name displayed in the program, but if you donate $50 or more, you can claim 2 free tickets.

Rockwood School District 12/16/2020

2020 has forced us all to break away from doing things the way they’re always done, and etc... is no exception. But with a dream team of etc... alumni at the helm, we were able to do something completely new. Join us this weekend in streaming our fall play, “Winter Break” by Joe Calarco.
Alumni shoutout to: Director Justin Scheuer as well as co-sponsors Becca Dillon, Teresa Yakel and Julie Weitzel. Plus a HUGE assist from Julie Merkle who literally held the camera for several scenes.

Introducing etc...’s new Theatre Director: Justin Scheuer. Some of you may already recognize him because he is one of our own. Here is a picture of etc... from the 1997 Eurekana showing him as President (front & center). We are so thrilled to have you back home as a Wildcat! 💜💛 🎭

After 28 years at Eureka High School, Susie Allmendinger is retiring. Her last show is “A Company of Wayward Saints” — apropos, considering all of us alumni she has worked with over the decades. Come join us March 7-9 as we celebrate the work of Eureka Theatre Company, under the direction of “Miss A” one last time.
