Have you heard about our new adult/senior ballet & stretch class being offered this fall?!

This class takes place Fridays from 10:00–11:00am in Studio A, taught by the amazing Miss Gina! 🌟🩰☮️

This class combines ballet fundamentals with stretching and conditioning to improve posture, balance, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Perfect for adults seeking graceful movement, increased mobility, and lifelong wellness!

This class is for ALL mobility levels, no experience necessary (ages 13+).

Tuesday mornings from 10:00–11:00am Miss Gina teaches this dance-inspired fitness class in Studio A, which combines gentle movement, balance training, flexibility, strength, and coordination in a welcoming and encouraging environment. It’s a super fun way to get moving and find your rhythm! Hard to resist smiling along the way 🥰
