Hands-On Tuna Workshop
The tuna boats are coming in with the catch!
Come learn how to can it so you can enjoy it all year.
In this "hands-on" workshop, you will prepare the local tuna and pressure-can it. Each attendee will take home a jar of delicious tuna. This is a half-day workshop, as processing takes longer than most. Be sure to bring a lunch.

** Saturday, September 19. 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
** Change of venue—the UCCE Agriculture Center is being renovated.
** Eureka High School. 1915 J Street, Eureka
The fee is $50 per person. Credit card only. Please note: no refunds. We have very limited spots for this workshop. Only 20 people can sign up and attend.

Tips for freezing produce:
- Blanch vegetables before freezing to stop enzyme activity.
